Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases of men's T-shirts and shorts made through our website. We aim to handle all return and refund requests fairly, clearly, and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel an Online Order

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this statutory cancellation right.

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins after you receive the final item included in that order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

2. Returning Goods After Cancellation

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you should return the relevant goods within 14 calendar days.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are securely packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation.

Please contact us before sending a return so that the return can be identified and processed correctly.

Return enquiries can be sent to:

Email: support@nolivane.online
Telephone: +44 7823733631

3. Condition of Returned T-Shirts and Shorts

You may inspect and try on clothing in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical retail store.

Returned T-shirts and shorts should be kept in a condition that allows us to inspect and, where appropriate, resell them.

Customers should take reasonable care when trying on clothing.

Products should not be unnecessarily worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, contaminated or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, size and fit.

4. Signs of Excessive Use

We may inspect returned products when they are received.

Where permitted by applicable law, a deduction from the refund may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Examples may include clothing showing significant signs of wear, washing, alteration, strong odours, stains, damage or other deterioration caused after delivery.

Any deduction will be based on the reduction in value of the returned item and will not affect any statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

5. Original Packaging and Product Components

Where possible, returned products should include any packaging, labels, tags and other components supplied with the order.

Customers should avoid removing or damaging product labels or packaging unnecessarily while deciding whether to keep an item.

A return will not automatically be rejected solely because outer packaging has been opened where opening it was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers exercising their statutory cancellation rights may return eligible men's T-shirts and shorts because they have changed their mind, including situations where the customer decides that the size, colour, style or fit is unsuitable.

The goods must be returned in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.

This provision applies separately from your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

7. Faulty Goods

Goods supplied to customers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If you receive a T-shirt or pair of shorts that is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

8. Short-Term Right to Reject Faulty Goods

Under applicable UK consumer law, consumers may have a short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract.

Where this right applies, it is generally available for up to 30 days from the relevant date specified by law.

If a valid short-term rejection is made, the customer may be entitled to a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict this legal right.

9. Faults Discovered After the Initial Period

Where a defect is discovered after the short-term right to reject has expired, customers may still have legal remedies.

Depending on the circumstances, these remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.

The remedy available will depend on the circumstances of the product and the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.

10. Damaged Goods Received

If an order arrives physically damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the damage.

Please provide your order information and a clear description of the problem.

We may request photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the condition of the item and packaging in order to assess the issue.

Damage caused before or during delivery will be handled separately from damage caused by misuse, improper washing, alteration or accidental damage after delivery.

11. Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, including an incorrect product, size or other order error attributable to us, please contact us.

We will review the order information and arrange an appropriate remedy where the wrong goods were supplied.

Customers will not lose their statutory rights because an incorrect item has been delivered.

12. Refund Amount

Where a customer validly cancels the entire order under applicable distance-selling cancellation rights, the refund will include the amount paid for the returned goods.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge paid for the order will also be refunded.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service than the standard delivery method offered, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery charge.

Where only part of an order is returned, any delivery-related refund will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Refund Processing Time

Where a statutory cancellation right has been validly exercised, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable UK law.

For returned goods, we may generally wait until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Once the return has been received, it may be inspected before the refund is completed.

14. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.

We will not intentionally substitute the refund with store credit or another form of payment where the customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the customer's payment provider.

15. Return Shipping Costs

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law.

Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect product so that appropriate return arrangements can be considered.

16. Responsibility for Returned Parcels

Customers should use suitable packaging when returning goods and should take reasonable steps to protect the products during transportation.

Customers should retain evidence that a return has been sent until the return and refund process has been completed.

We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging provided by the customer where such responsibility may lawfully remain with the customer.

17. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us so that we can advise you about the available options.

The availability of a replacement product depends on current stock.

Where an exchange cannot be provided, any applicable refund rights remain unaffected.

An exchange procedure does not replace or limit statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

18. Returns That May Require Further Review

A return may require additional assessment where there is evidence that a product has been extensively worn, washed, deliberately damaged, altered or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its size, fit and characteristics.

We may also investigate returns where the item received does not correspond with the item originally supplied.

Any decision regarding a refund will be made in accordance with the circumstances of the return and applicable UK consumer law.

We will not use this provision to remove or restrict statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

19. Proof of Purchase and Return Information

To help us process a return efficiently, customers should provide sufficient information to identify the purchase.

This may include the order number, purchaser details, product information and the reason for contacting us.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, photographs or other reasonable supporting information may be requested where appropriate.

Providing accurate information helps us investigate and resolve return requests efficiently.
